The Princess Margaret and Princess Anne Hoverspeed vessels carried up to 400 passengers and 60 cars between Dover and France for over 30 years and were capable of 60 knots.
They were taken out of service in 2000 and replaced by a catamaran service.

So presumably this picture is from your archive, Peter; I’d sort of been thinking of this as being a stream of pictures taken on a daily basis (and had been marvelling at your ability to maintain your output). I now assume that this is not necessarily the case, but still find much to marvel at…

What makes you think that Simon? The photo was taken yesterday at the hovercraft museum at Lea on Solent. You’re first impression was correct. There are no archive photos in this series. 👍
